well, Trinity Blood again...

first, i'd like to...hmm...say that i'm so darn impressed with my classmates, Jess' and Yadi's wonderful presentation (?). anyway, *ahem* they did a short movie clip on 'The Crucible' and guess wad, it's anime-influenced, well duh, since it's the two of them doing it...but yar, whee, the 'soundtrack' was darn cool and yesh the images were very nicely drawn, fitting in with the story. haha!!! hurray for anime and fans!!! whee, practically the whole class was impressed, not jus me kae, so dun say i'm biased towards anime, which i am in the first place, so yupps, jus ignore me kae, i'm really hyper for some unknown reason. hmm, during their presentation, was it jus me, or did it sound like some anime convention opening speech. hahaz, words like Spoilers and Alternate Universe sounded so...hmm...anime (?). kk, fine i'm crapping. so yupps, i jus wanna say i think ya did a great job kae!! whee!

kk, back to Trinity Blood. well, now that i've watched 5/6 of the first box, i have to say, it's a little disappointing. the creators seem to be in a hurry to squeeze everything together to make a more complex storyline, so they compromised on the development of the characters. hmm, either that or they are confused as to whether they should focus more on character or storyline. to tell the truth, i think both aspects are better developed in Chrno Crusade. but i guess, the artwork of Trinity Blood is nice, with tons of bishounens, (most of them i only know the name and nothing else). kinda sad, coz i'm one who likes to go for deep and sophisticated characters. basically someone with more depth, like some sort of history behind the character. now, even the main character Abel Nightwood has a hazy past...other questions like, What is Hugue's personal grudge that might have interfered with his mission? or What is Leon doing in prison? and stuff liddat has not been answered. hah. i want the answers...seems like the producers of the anime made it for those who already noe the story and can follow thru better. hmm, hopefully, the next twelve episodes will give me my answers. bahh. o yar, and i think i mention in the previous post tt i'd be fangirling (got such verb meh) over this dude with yellow-flowing hair...well, i found out his identity. heh. Hugue, code-name Sword Dancer. soo cool. whee! and i think it was kinda sad that Gyula died so soon, i kinda liked him too...hmm, cool, dark and mysterious. heh, sounds like a certain Oniwabanshuu Okashira doesn't it?! heh. go Aoshi! whee, fine, i realised i'm super high today. well then, tata.

ahhhh...Histsugaya Toushirou!!! i saw pictures of him in his theatrical movie from Yadi and omg, he looked darn cool!!! how the heck can a real person resemble an anime character so much?! even the actor for Byakkuya din do as good a job. hmm. Hitsugaya is really cool, but he doesn't get enough screen time to develop. aww...nvm, he gets his on stage. ^^ Posted by Picasa

well, here's the full cast of Trinity Blood, but i dun see the main character anywhere. interesting, they left him out of the pic and gave Tres the main place. hoho, not that i'm complaining about it though. whee. but as you can see, this anime is pretty dark, so few brights spots here and there, if you're depressed i suggest u wait till u recover some happiness in your life before you watch it, then it will take that happiness away again. hoho. so evil... Posted by Picasa

here's another one of Tres, whee, he's so darkishly cool. k i noe there isn't such a word, jus humour me kae. Posted by Picasa

k now, this Tres, well, since he's a robot, he has superb aim with the gun, and he can use two at a time. whee. so cool. duncha think he looks like that kendo guy from Ouran Koukou Host Club? the one who sticks with the 'rabbit' senior? i can't find his name at all, hmm, i wonder why... Posted by Picasa

Trinity Blood

finally...wahaha. i got my hands on this box set. hohoho. kk, i dun noe much of the story, yet, coz i jus only watched 2 pathetic episode. but hohoho. that's better than nothing. one more year... just one more year, and i can buy ALL the NC-16 anime i want. HAH. Trinity Blood is NC-16 (hm, for violence, they say. right.) hoho. i dun care, just one more year and no one will stop me. mwahahaha. btw, Peacemaker is also NC-16, Rurouni Kenshin is also NC-16, so what the heck, got violent meh? right. dun try to cheat me man. hahaz. nvm, that's not the point here.

okay. Trinity Blood is...something about this vampire (the main character of course) who drinks the blood of other vampires, coz he's a Crunix or smt liddat. yar. hmm. he's the kind of act cute act cute guy lah, seeing him reminds me of Tsuzuki Asato or Yutaka Watari from Yami no Matsuei. but yar...hmm, dark and cute. kinda fun huh. and the best part is...his name is ABEL Nightwood. whoo, same as Star Ocean, save for the slight difference (Albel Nox) hahaz, one 'L' apart only mahs...hoho. k well, maybe that wasn't the best part, coz he is a bishounen, just too playful for me to crush only...hahaz. but there's this really cool guy named Tres, who has all the makings of a bishounen and has the cool personality which i like, but guess what, he's a...no lah, not gay...but he's a robot. T.T hmm...what the heck. why the hell do all these really cool looking dudes have some sort of problem somewhere...so never mind, i shall wait till this really really cool guy, whom i've seen on posters, who has golden flowing locks (heck, i made him sound like a girl...) to appear, then i shall fangirl over HIM. haha. whee.

and btw, didcha noe that Eragon and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian are showing in December!!! okay, i noe that's kinda far but hey, something to look forward to wad...so heads up ppl, wait for the attack of the goodies and the bishies!!! hahaz, i think i'm super high now, and no, it's not because i ate a few packets of Skittles, it's because i got my healthy dose of bishies!!! whee, more fangirling to do now! ja ne.

Old Anime??!!

hmm, after a rather interesting 'converstion' with one of my classmates (huge CLAMP fan, >.<, go figure who^.^) about some never-before-heard 'spider-web' relationships between the characters of a few series *ahem* which i dun think one post would sufficently cover, this really interesting point was brought up. nah, scratch that, this really interesting name was brought up.

make a guess, o well, nvm, it was Akazukin Cha Cha! hohohohohoho. that sure brings back *fond* memories of days not to long ago. ahaha, sorry, but this still cracks me up, "Love, Courage and Hope!!!" hahaz. can't help but laugh. 3 seasons of 3 little kids; one red, one blue and one green; running around and saving the day, and one very often useful teacher with the green hair with an unusual fondness for a talking doll so affectionately named Dorothy, one soceress with a tall purple hat walking around in a puffed-out purple dress, so obessed with beating the afore mentioned teacher...man, what a interesting line-up of characters. and the story just gets better and better. hahaz, i guess when Akazukin Cha Cha was showing on tv oh-so-many years ago, all you people who watched it deny of having ever seen such a 'stupid' show. but hey, it was good while we were kids obviously bored by power rangers or ultraman, so we turned to the next best alternative, anime. hahaz, what a transition! whee.

hmm, how should i put it. no matter how we (or i) try to deny it, shows like Sailormoon, Akazukin Cha Cha, Crayon Shin-Chan and all these super simple 'cartoons' are still what we strong defend as ANIME. hmm, how interesting. the 'growth' of anime through the years...
from Astroboy to Akazukin Cha Cha and Sailormoon, then Magic Knight Rayearth and CardCaptor Sakura, then Slam Dunk and Slayers, One Piece and Inu Yasha, then Saiyuki and Fushigi Yuugi and all the other movies like Spirted Away and such, to Full Metal Alchemist and Bleach and Naruto and Rurouni Kenshin, then for all the die-hard Gundam fans and more intriguing ones like Tactics and Hellsing and Peacemaker or Trinity Blood. hoho. very interesting shows. hmm...now i know what my plans for the June holidays are.

with the progression of anime from kiddish to chim-ish, our (or at least my) idea of a bishounen changes too. hahaz, how fun, laughing at my past crushes...let's see, from the rather cute Lea from Akazukin Cha Cha to the cool-dude Yamato in Digimon, (and no, i don't watch Sailormoon, Astroboy and Crayon Shin-Chan), thoughtful Eagle in Magic Knight Rayearth, soft in the inside Touya and cute Yukito from CardCaptor Sakura, to cool Rukawa in Slam Dunk and equally cool Zelgadis in Slayers. 'hunky' (?) Ace from One Piece and ice-cold Sesshoumaru from Inu Yasha. Hakkai from Saiyuki and nearly half the guys from Fushigi Yuugi (and definitely Rimudo-sama if the anime EVER appears, which i'm pretty sure it would). Roy from FMA, Byakkuya and Renji form Bleach, Kakashi from Naruto and AOSHI-sama from RK (all of whom are super uber cool) hoho. ATHRUN from Gundam SEED/Destiny, Susumu from Peacemaker...man, the list is long enough already. hez. guess i should categorize them huh. man, that will take forever too. nvm then, i shall try. soon. i. hope. tata.

Fold 1000 paper cranes and your wish will come true

aiya, i think this is rather old news, but for those slower than me (*cough cough), FUNimation has decided to work on the 2nd season for Fruits Basket if the petition of 1000 cranes is reached.

well, before you start grabbing newspaper to fold the cranes, the target has already been reached kae, so yupps there's no need to fret, just need to jump for joy. hahaz, a rather interesting idea, mayb i should start petitioning for Genbu Kaiden anime with 10000 cranes. hoho.

well then, ja ne. i should be back rather soon, coz there's more for me to say, i think.

Skip Beat 12 and Tsubasa 13 and Cat Street 3

whoo hoo!!!! FINALLY, finally bk 12 of Skip Beat is OUT!!! hahahahahaha. i think i nearly died when i saw it on the shelf, coz i din see it in its original place, then when i HAPPENED to look at the new arrivals shelf, i SAW it THERE!!! hahahaha, if i hadn't glanced at it and just walked out, i think i'd kill myself. hohohoho. nvm. i've gone nuts coz of e huge disaster i made of my jap presentation. fine, tie that up and throw it away. yupps. back to more delightful things.

number 1. i survived 2.4. phew, thank goodness for my mp3 player, for helping me keep beat. (hoho, rhymes with Skip Beat) yar, and e ppl who encouraged me on the way. dun worry, i did hear ya, jus that i din have the energy to wave, esp on my 3rd round onwards.

number 2. i found Rurouni Kenshin's OVA, Reflections!!! whoo hoo. now, just to get the money to BUY it. hahaz, i doubt that will ever happen, so i'll just stare at it on the shelf and pray and pray that somehow, i'd get it. most probably through my dear mommy. (puppy eyes) kk, ignore that idoitic me. i was just 'inspired' by Ren from Skip Beat. hahaz.

number 3. whee, Cat Street is OUT too. that is another manga which is painfully slow. but yar, i like the story progression. and i luv that computer-pro guy. i dun noe his name, yet. but i think he's super cool, coz he seems to read the main character's mind so easily and 'execute' the correct remedy to the situation before she can even react. hahaz, so analytical, typical of a computer whiz huh. the male lead doesn't seem to be putting in much effort though...how interesting.

number 4. yar yar Tsubasa is out too. but the story moves backwards instead, into the past of Kurogane. hmm, rather grim and too gory for my liking, and the story is still where it was, it din really move or anything, so i guess that wasnt the highlight of my week.

number 5. whee, now this one really really brought my entire week UP UP UP! hahaz, of course it's Skip Beat. i really think i can't get enough of Ren. wahahaha. the nice part is just beginning, of course, that means that the author is ready to develop the storyline further and i aint complaining about anything. hohoz. this new book has really nice pictures which, i hope to scan in. hoho. more eye candy. i hope. sigh. they could include more costumes for Ren though, that would be very very nice. sighs, he's the lead male character, but i don't see enough of his coloured picture around. so sad. nvm, i shall continue to survive on that book for the rest of the week, or until my Genbu Kaiden comes out or if Cat Street miraculously appears again.

o well. good luck for the upcoming summative assessments! to those who see this of course. nahz, jus joking. countdown to june holidays officially begin. whee, to the days of freedom, ps2 with Suikoden 5, Star Ocean and Dynasty Warriors 5. lalala.
~Luvly Merry Go Round! Hey!~

yar yar, another wallpaper of Skip Beat. hahaz, not so important coz Ren isn't the main theme here. well, it's Sho from the left, this guy has a bad-boy attitude, can't say i like him much, Kyoko in the middle, well, she's the star, so obviously the most comical one and Ren on the right. bah, can't even see his costume properly...nvm, the hunt goes on and on. Posted by Picasa

whoo, Ren from Skip Beat!!! ahhhhh...another bishounen... sighs, he has the looks of both Ryuta and Akira, but his personality is more like that of the latter. nvm, i like him all the same, especially when he 'bullies' Kyoko, heh, his comical moments are treasures. whoo hoo. Posted by Picasa

yar yar this one is oso from the drama cd. hahaz, Rimudo looks darn cool here, but i think he looked more 'bishounen' in the previous one...sighs, Tomite looks good here too, his side profile is much better than his front. kinda sad doncha think... Posted by Picasa

AHHHHH. I LOVE THIS PICTURE!!!! AHHHH RIMUDO RAWKS!!!! RIMUDO and TAKIKO AHHHHH....kk, yar, it's a super super nice picture, but it's on a cd cover, so IGNORE those words that spoil my lovely picture. ahahahaz *dies Posted by Picasa

well here's the Prince from Suikoden 5. can't help but say he looks like a sissy. hahaz, Jacques from Suikoden 3 looked much better. aiya, still can't say his silver hair not nice mahs, he's the main character so give him some credit. Posted by Picasa
