Sokyu no Fafner

hmm, if u see a picture resembling Athrun or Shinn in in a white uniform wt purple collars, it's not our dear gundam guys. well, it's from Fafner, as i've just found out today. haha. can't blame ppl for mistaking them, coz they were designed by the same guy, so duh, of course they look alike. and i can PROVE that to ya. hohoz, still infected by the te kua podcast. ha.

back to Fafner, Gundam is definitely better, coz i think the first two episodes had too little action for it to be a mecha anime. and the main character, who looks tons like Athrun/Shinn, depending on which angle u look at him from, is way too calm. it's as though an alien invasion from outer space is jus like a stroll in the park. hah. even Kira has freaked out before, no way i accept his cool composure. and well, the next main character, Soshi, who looks like Rey/Cagalli, depending again which side of him u see, is more normal. if u count Rey being normal, well then, that normal.

the mecha looks more like the kind in Dual! so hmm, though the language is definitely Gundam-influenced. it's like some mix of famous mecha. hmm, feels weird to see Gundam characters in a show so different from Gundam. hah. i shall watch more and decide whether to condemn or praise it. ho.

and finally, i've found Shinsengumi Imon Peacemaker. hoho. my eyes nearly popped out when i saw it on the shelves. haha. and to think i gave up hope of ever seeing it. well well, maybe i will see my Genbu Kaiden anime too. hoho.
